Announcement: CATFE District 1 Branch Closing | Catfe Cat Cafe

NOTICE OF CLOSURE – CATFE DISTRICT 1 (from March 1, 2026)

Dear beloved customers,

With heavy hearts, CATFE would like to announce that our District 1 branch will officially close its doors starting March 1, 2026. With only 11 days remaining, we truly hope to see you one more time and say our goodbyes at CATFE District 1.

Over the past 10 years, CATFE has not only been a home for our cats but also a small haven where hearts could rest. Thanks to your love and support, CATFE District 1 has been able to rescue nearly 300 cats and witness them grow up healthy and safe.

Our lease agreement has come to an end, and at this time, we have not yet found a new location that can fully preserve the space and spirit we currently have. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, and it is not easy to say goodbye.

Regarding our cats: CATFE will arrange for some of them to move to other branches, while others will return to private homes for rest and recovery in a quieter environment. Our senior cats are family to us — CATFE is committed to caring for them for the rest of their lives, ensuring they are always safe, well cared for, and loved.

If you have a special bond with a particular cat and wish to support or accompany them long-term, please send us a message so we can discuss carefully and ensure the most suitable and secure arrangement for them.

From now until February 28, 2026, CATFE District 1 will remain open as usual to welcome you to visit and create final memories with our beloved cats

Thank you for choosing CATFE and staying with us throughout this long journey. Although District 1 is closing, the love and memories we shared here will always be cherished.

With love,

CATFE
